The EU and Competition Section provides a forum for members interested in any aspect of EU or Competition Law to meet and discuss ideas. The remit of the Section is broad, covering constitutional and substantive EU law, as well as Competition Law and policy. The Section always meets at the Annual Conference and in some years at other times. All members are encouraged to participate in the activities at the Conference, which provides an opportunity to discuss research papers, work in progress or other developments in an inclusive, lively and scholarly environment.
