The Banking and Finance section provides an opportunity for interested members to exchange and discuss ideas in a broad range of related areas. This includes financial regulation and its reform, the impact of the 'Credit Crunch', financial crime (including money laundering, fraud and insider dealing), aspects of international and security, secured transactions law reform and problems in secured credit. The section welcomes papers and contributions from practitioners and academics and aims to be as inclusive as possible.
