Re-issue of the Call for papers on Property and Trusts for the 2013 Society of Legal Scholars Annual Conference.

The Property and Trusts subject section  continues a forum for members interested in any aspect of property law or trusts to meet and to discuss ideas. In this context, we adopt and inclusive approach and interpret property and trusts in the fullest possible sense  AS usual, we shall be meeting at the  at the annual conference this year

Our aim is that the meeting will  provide an informal and supportive environment in which to discuss current research in property and trust law.  It aims to be inclusive and contributions from any academic perspective, methodology or point of view are very welcome. Indded, it has been a feature of recent conference section meetings  that property and trusts law have been interpreted in their fullest possible sense As previous programmes demonstrate, speakers typically come from all stages of their academic careers from professors to new researchers and early career academics.
We hope that the conference theme this year, 'Britain and Ireland in Europe' will   alow potential contributors of papers to explore a  wide range of issues both doctrinal and otherwise

The present intention is to hold two papers per conference session but this is flexible and could increase to three if appropriate.

Please note that, as always, speakers and contributors will be responsible for their own bookings and expenditure
